VibeViral is the product shell for client video jobs. The client uploads media and brief context, the UGC engine interprets the creative lane, then the local pipeline generates scripts, captions, voiceover, edit package, and final MP4 without creating a second app or a second brain.

Success criteria
A client job can move from uploaded media to rendered vertical MP4 inside the normal project flow.
Captions and French voiceover are generated locally without paid production tooling.
The same project truth can be reused across future UGC video clients.
Insights
The real bottleneck is not ffmpeg rendering. It is turning a client brief into a believable first 6 seconds.
Reusable UGC patterns matter more than one-off prompt experiments.
Local captions, local voice, and deterministic render raise delivery quality before heavier video AI is needed.
